Get Rid of Stress with Hypnosis
Stress never made anything better. Nor did stress ever fix a problem. Even if stress does motivate a person to take action, it is not the stress that resolves the problem; it is taking the action that solves it.
However, most often stress restrains a person from taking action. Stress stymies creative, rational and thinking. Stress inhibits incentive and in general makes a person feel crummy. Stress breeds frustration and gives rise to isolation and abandonment. People just do not enjoy being around stressed-out people, nor do stressed-out people enjoy being around people who are critical of their stress.
Stress also takes a toll on your physical well-being. Study after study has linked medical problems to stress. Recent research papers have confirmed that stress produces chemicals that shut down the immune system, directly destroy heart muscles and over time kills brain cells.
So what created your stress in the first place? Stress is the product of being inconvenienced by someone or something. For example: it is an inconvenience to get caught in traffic and it makes you late for work; it is an inconvenience to have someone criticize you; it is an inconvenience when someone says they will do something and then don’t or say they won’t do something and then do; it is an inconvenience to deal with a relationship break-up or to have a marriage come to an end…..
Your stress by itself did not change anything: your stress did not speed up the traffic; your stress did not make people stop being critical; your stress did not enhance a relationship or a marriage.
So, what if those inconveniences no longer triggered the stress? I am convinced that hypnotherapy can do that and that you have the ability to enjoy peace of mind and a sense of wellbeing, independent of the pressures, demands, deadlines and inconveniences of your day-to-day personal and professional life; to make rational decisions and take positive action to fix things that are fixable and to have those things that you can’t fix not trouble you.
Also, there is a direct correlation between our stress level and our ability to recall, think clearly and engage in rational thinking. The mechanism in your brain that you use for dealing with stress is the same mechanism that you use for recall and analytical thinking. Very often, stress also causes poor decisions in relationships — we just react, rather than consider the consequences of our reactions.
I’m just guessing, but I’d say nearly all of the things you have been stressed out about will never occurred or have already happened… and the rest of your stresses are caused by things that you couldn’t change, even if you wanted too. You can’t change anything in the past; it has already happened. Being stressed about the future doesn’t change anything now — taking action might, but being stressed about it doesn’t. And there is one thing that will happen with certainty: death! But worrying about death and dying does not prolong life; if anything, stress and worry hasten the event.
When you come in for a session, I will demonstrate that you can be stress free and be emotionally independent from the negative behavior of other people, circumstances and the uncertainty of the future. I will show you how to use the powers of your mind and brain to remove your stress, thus enable you to come up with rational solutions to resolve the things that have been stressing you. I will also give you suggestions so that those things you can’t do anything about will no longer trouble you.
By being stress-free and enjoying peace of mind and a sense of wellbeing, you are free to take positive rational action to fix things that are fixable and have the things you can’t fix no longer get in your way of enjoying a healthy, peaceful and productive life.
