I just show you how to use hypnosis to take control of your own behavior.
My approach to hypnotherapy is a unique hypnotherapy approach for changing your behavior (how you emotionally feel and how you physically act).
Your session takes about 60 minutes (depending on what you want to change in your life). It is divided into two parts:
Part 1: The Demonstrations
We will talk about why you have chosen to change your behavior, the reasons you want to change it, why you haven’t already change it and the benefits you would have enjoy had you had already changed… before now!
I will also lead you through a series of simple demonstrations that will prove to you that you have the ability to use your mind to tell your brain how to act and feel — your mind knows how to tell your brain to act and feel like a healthy, confident, peaceful and productive person.
Part 2: The Hypnotic Induction and Suggestion Portion.
This is the suggestion portion which will be recorded on a CD that you’ll take home in case you ever feel like you need reinforcement. By the end of the session you will be relaxed, peaceful, rested and feeling like the person you have chosen to be.
