My approach to hypnotherapy is a unique hypnotherapy approach for changing your behavior (how you emotionally feel and how you physically act).
Your session takes about 60 minutes (depending on what you want to change in your life). It is divided into two parts:
After filling out a very simple Confidential Information Sheet, we will discuss the issues you want to change with hypnotherapy; I will explain the hypnotic process and what to expect during your hypnotherapy session.
I will lead you through a series of simple demonstrations that will confirm that you have the ability to easily change your physical and emotional behavior, i.e. demonstrate how your mind/brain connection can easily eliminate old unwanted behaviors and produce for you new desirable ones.
Part 2: The Hypnotic Induction and Suggestion Portion.
This is the suggestion portion which will be recorded on a CD that you’ll take home in case you ever feel like you need reinforcement. By the end of the session you will be relaxed, peaceful, rested and feeling like the person you have chosen to be.
